S'mores and Other Sticky Stuff--A Game for Training Camp Staff (2nd Edition)
S'mores and Other Sticky Stuff is an interactive game designed to identify sticky situations and staff responses, promote discussion about difficult issues, create teachable moments for staff training, illustrate interdependent problem-solving strategies that succeed, affirm each individual's role in the camp's risk management plan, and share the camp's culture. S'mores new format highlights all "core areas" of professional development for camp leadership. Newly revised to accommodate both small and large group participation (from 4 to 24), this staff orientation activity-in-a-box engages four critical audiences at once: directors, supervisors, counselors, and counselors in training. A re-designed board with multiple category approaches allows for the exchange of knowledge and information across the camp leadership structure.
